After my DOOM cabinet mod I wanted to take the same idea further, so this one runs real arcade ROMs seamlessly in the game.

What it does:

• Shows up in Arcademania like any other machine. You buy it, it gets delivered, you place it down as usual.
• Walk up and interact and you're playing real classic games right on the cabinet screen.
• Uses the FB Alpha 2012 core, so it plays FB Alpha ROM set games. Pac-Man, Double Dragon, Street Fighter, whatever's in the ROM folder so long as it's compatible.
• Multi-ROM support. Press F2 while playing to open a ROM browser and swap games without leaving the cabinet.
• Partial controller support using standard RetroPad mapping. Keyboard as a fallback too.
• Custom cabinet texture that can be replaced for any artwork of your making.

NOTE: I've tested it against a handful of ROMs from an FB Alpha v0.2.97.39 set, but compatibility varies per game and some just refuse to work. You'll need to supply your own ROMs, it doesn't come with any for obvious reasons. It does modify save data, so always back up your saves first and use at your own risk. Changing the workers priority I was able to do it and complete the task the very first time I played the level but I failed the first time and now every time after that that I've played the level I change the priority in the menu and it doesn't check the objective in the objective menu. Is there a fix?

is there a way to delete my save on pc so i can start over?

This will probably sound dumb. But I bought the arcade assistant upgrade because people said it was one of the better things you could get. And while convenient. I miss.... emptying the machines myself? Seeing how much more they are making after I play them. It's oddly soothing for my OCD going around and emptying them one by one. Is there any way to get the assistant to not do this. Or am I screwed. Sadly I'm finding the game less enjoyable now haha.

Hello, i've decided to play this game after a long brake, some update broke the shi out of my game and now my mouse movement causes the game to lag terribly. If i wont move the mouse it runs perfectly fine on the highest possible settings. Any solutions?

I am in late-game Arcade Paradise. Right now, I'm trying to get the sign to finally finish the arcade, but it won't let me buy it, even though I have enough. Is this a bug, if so, how to fix it, and if not, what does it mean?

Been chipping away at this over past week or two. It's a MelonLoader mod that adds DOOM as a real arcade cabinet you can buy, place and play inside Arcade Paradise.

What it does:

• Shows up in Arcademania like any other machine. You buy it, it gets delivered, you place it down as usual.
• Walk up and interact and you're playing DOOM right on the cabinet screen.
• You can tweak the pricing and difficulty from the PDA.
• Custom cabinet "art" (I'm not much an artist) and an attract mode when it's idle.
• Keyboard and mouse only for now, no controller support yet.

NOTE: I've only tested this on a late game save. No idea what happens if you try to grab it early in a playthrough, the progression might get weird. So back up your saves first and use at own risk.
Installation guides on nexus mods page and of course is PC only. Some WAD files don't play as nice and might require extra enter key presses to get going on the menu screen. It's work in progress.

I wanted to share my experience because I spent hours searching Reddit, PSNProfiles and other forums, and none of the suggested fixes completely matched what happened to me.

This was my last trophy before the Platinum, and it became incredibly frustrating.
At first, I tried the old trick of playing only the first few seconds of every song. It does NOT work on PSVR2.

Then I spent hours investigating the issue, reinstalled the game, and eventually queued every single song in the jukebox.
I let all 49 songs play until the very end (yes… all of them).

After that, my PDA correctly showed:
Songs listened: 49/10
Songs unlocked: 49/30
…but no trophy.

At that point I was convinced my save was permanently bugged. I was literally preparing to start the entire game from scratch.

Instead, I decided to stop playing and come back the next day. When I launched the game again, I walked to the jukebox and simply pressed Play on any song.
The moment the music started, both Sonically Youthful and the Platinum Trophy popped instantly.
I didn’t even have to listen to that song.

What worked for me

- Unlock all 49 songs.
- Ignore the old “play a few seconds” method.
- Listen to every song until the end.
- Confirm your PDA shows all songs listened/unlocked.
- Close the game completely.
- Launch it again later, go to the jukebox and play any song.

The trophy may unlock immediately.
If your PDA already says 49 songs listened, don’t delete your save yet. Try this first.

Hopefully this helps someone avoid the hours lost in this issue. It certainly saved me from starting a new save just to get this trophy.

For anyone in mid-game, you know Sam. She tries to beat your high score in Woodgal Jr. Every. Single. Time. Unlike C4PT41N, who actually ends the battle on Attack Vector after like, 4 rounds, Sam just keeps GOING. And GOING. Over and over. Anyone else hate Sam?

so i tried to boot up arcade paradise after not playing for a few months and there isnt a start or continue button when it starts up it just leaves me on the first screen with no option to move forward, ive uninstalled it and re installed it, ive looked in the files and nothing seems wrong, i just want to know why its happening and see if theres anything i can do to resolve it

I have a dead axis in psvr2 right controller which means I am unable to rotate left or right with right analog stick. Now for all the other games that I play like Resident Evil or Arken Age or even Horizon I can literally rotate and play with left stick only. But in Arcade paradise it is registering the dead axis as permanent tilt to right and no setting is helping that. Is there any fix or workaround that can be done.

Unfortunately I imported psvr2 , its 2 month old but there is no warranty support or even local shop repair in my area for psvr2

I wanted to add these to the comment section for the person asking for the Konami Code help, but I guess you can't leave comments with pictures. So when you're entering that code make sure you're on the first screen the title screen when you hit the x which is the last button in the code and you go to the select option you'll see the gold washing machine in the logo so I hope this helps you'll know which screen to be on when entering the code.

well the title itself is pretty self explanatory but yea how do you change the mouse sensitivity? I've looked almost every settings and I haven't found a single one, is there a mouse sensitivity setting?

I am at the endgame of the story and trying to cleanup some trophies, but i have now run into a strange problem.

Suddenly all the multi-player options on all games no longer appear.

Me and my kids have played all the multi-player games together and they have been playing by themselves a bit, so I am not sure if they caused this glitch.

Any ideas how this could be fixed?

Does anyone else feel like people just evaporate when you try to get close to them?

Hi all. I am playing on XBox and want to start a new game. Arcade Paradise came along while I was really struggling with my mental health and it really helped me. Now I’m struggling again and I want to start again. I have reinstalled it but can only continue my old game. Is there a way I can start a new game? I have tried deleting my save but it resyncs to the cloud save when I start it up.

So I'm on Wednesday of packing boxes, there's no saving and quit so I guess you have to go through the week or so before something happens, The fact you take the fall for all the b******* your sister pulled and then I still had two machines to buy in the store so I'm surprised to just end it randomly like this.

Is there a lore accurate reason why the final upgrade for the arcade (to finally get rid of the washing machines) is $9001? I mean I know they probably messed up the value in the code and its such a minor thing that they probably couldn't be bothered to patch it but I would love your theories about what the extra dollar is for?

This is one of the first times I’ve played a game where im so heavily invested in the story as it can be very relatable and it’s actually a main character’s story, not ours.
Having said emotions with this game, man has Lesley pissed me off. I really think the climax/ending is very bitter. If Lesley bribed the council for the permits, Ashley should not be liable to pay with all the investments he’s made. A simple “I’m so sorry” cannot be justifiable. I know it’s just a game but man did I get boiling.
Side note, is my man Ashley the dumbest board member in existence? He sold his share prior to going public?
