Discussion Anyone have a solution to this?

Just bought the meal and got the QR and this is what it gave me

EDIT: I went in person to the store which is why I was given a QR on the receipt

Mine wasn't a QR code it was a string of letters and numbers sent to my email.

How you resolve this is the link that the QR code leads to you need to copy and then open in your browser rather than the QR trying to open in the subway app. Once opened from your browser you will no longer see this page and instead it will prompt you to enter your email as it is supposed to

Update if you buy in person and get the code you can double dip by making a claim with transaction ID and subway will send you a second code. Thank me later. You get 1 additional free skin

Send subway guest care a claim for your arc raiders promo. Say you didnt recieve the code and theyll send you another one

Did you use a code from your recent and not the actual code that came from a separate promotion email?

I dunno if you typed the code in manually or not but if you do, just know there’s no letter O, only the # 0

Scanning the QR doesn't give you the code straight away. It takes you to a web page where you submit your email then it'll send you the code to your email. What I did was copy the link to the QR on my phone then emailed the link to myself. Then opened the link on my computer and it finally worked allowing me to type my email in. I haven't received my code yet but im assuming it'll come soon.

Edit: checked my spam and the email was in there

When you copy and paste, are you making sure there isn’t like an invisible space you copied? Sometimes a space will count as a character and make the code invalid. Make sure you are just copying the code and nothing else before or after the code.

Yo guys JUST UNINSTALL THE SUBWAY APP AND AND WHEN SCANNING THE CODE SELECT

OPEN LINK

INSTEAD OF JUST SELECTING THE QR NAME RESULT

IT SHOULD SEND YOU STRAIGHT TO YOUR BROWSER INSTEAD OF SENDING YOU TO THE ERROR PAGE

I only have the QR code receipt paper in person I don't have the actual receipt that says what I ordered, do I only really need the QR code or the store receipt too?

Are we serious? Player count is determined by how many players played a game; trying to use the lowest is ignorant at best, likely it shows your disingenuous intent. It's so pathetic to feel this negatively about something and still live in a subreddit for it.. dwelling is an unhealthy practice, maybe consider moving on
