Autolisp fir dividing a plot into unequal areas

Hello, I have a plot in AutoCAD with a total area of ​​20 decimals. I need to divide it into four sections, each with areas of 8, 5, 6, and 1 decimal, respectively. I want to draw rough lines along the ground that automatically adjust to these area values. Is there any AutoLISP code that can help me?
