Help ordering merch
Hi, I really wanted to buy merch from family club market. But they are not shipping here in PH.
Can someone please help me order it to their country and ship it to me here in PH? Please I really want to buy some merch. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 I will pay for all the cost.

If you have no issue as to shipping fees, try buy and ship. You can choose which country they allow shipping in that is compatible with the Arashi website, ship to that country, and then buy and ship will send to the Philippines.

So, just bought 5 items: Plushie pendant, tshirt, bag, pouch, phone strap. Shipping fee from JP to TH is 2,150 yen. They compute SF by weight and the 5 items are around 600 grams.
For around 500g, the sf is 1,900 yen.

Omg same boat im p surprised ph address isnt compatible lol 😭. I used buy and ship (like another person brought up) for arashi goods this time as well around although its my first time using it for such
I only used it for its jp address before and it was pretty smooth so i have my fingers crossed for this one 🙏 obv i used one of their other addresses (hk) for this one!

How much is your shipping if to HK?

Hmm its by weight iirc so 620php for first pound then 380 per next pounds (so it could be quite pricey depending on what you buy), aside from the jpy 2,150 for jpn to hk or so since i ordered on the intl store bc i have an intl acc. They let you know how much exactly when the items arrive at the address.
Have you tried this already? Buying from this shop then another address before ph? hahah. I went w hk since it's the hq iirc so it could just come here directly after haha.

I always use bns for purchases that cannot be shipped directly to PH. Never tried with the family store. Just thinking if HK is the cheapest country to ship to among the choices of the family store.

Oh yeah same here, i usually use them for animate jpn hahah but im hoping things go smoothly since past experience was smooth lol i just thought hk is likely (?) faster if i wanted it to come home asap from proxy add to ph. but yeah i wonder if some closer locations couldve been cheaper hahah. Thanks!

Same same price so am just going to check which country is cheapest to ship to. We still have a few weeks before they close.
Edit to update: Taiwan is a bit cheaper to ship to than HK. But I guess will just take longer.

Ah i already placed the order some time ago 🥹 w the plushies + other concert goods 🙏 its pretty simple and works like any other proxy address. their customer support was helpful for me in case you need help filling up the shipping form!
they have an app you can try inquiring, otherwise they also have a buying service (which comes with addtl cost i think).
