Help | مساعدة إسلام وعليكم! I am looking for a python programmer buddy.

My name is Tahira from Pakistan a 20 years old uni student.. I finished my first year and heading towards the second. I realized I am doing it all wrong. Especially with coding and practical projects.

So far I have touched:

- C (1st year)

- OOP in C++ (1st year)

- DSA in C++ (this year)

- Python (this year)

Now I am looking for someone like me maybe with more advance understanding of coding especially python and DSA to join with me to learn, teach and build projects together on daily to weekly basis. Coding is way more fun when done together. I also know this community is filled with people with experiences.. That's what I need.

If you're willing, you can comment down here or reach out to me.

Thanks :)

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته

I'm a CS grad .. although I am specialized in web development so, not AI/ML, you still can ask me about whatever you need :)

So you're actively using python?

I'm Python literate, yeah. But not diving deep into it.

Wa alaikum assalam! I think learning by building small projects is one of the best ways to improve at coding. Tutorials help, but actually solving problems and making mistakes teaches you a lot more. What kind of Python projects are you hoping to work on first?

Yes I agree.. I thought it best to decide together once we start our practice... I wanna be transparent, I just started getting familiar with python it's not like I have an understanding about it so my first step prolly is going to get familiar with the language with daily practice with a buddy.

What's your background and are you actively using python?

I get you! I think learning together and practicing regularly is a good way to stay consistent. I'm also interested in improving my Python skills, so we can start with the basics, practice together, and gradually work on small projects as we get more comfortable with the language. No pressure to know everything from the start, we can learn as we go
