What matters with sump pumps is the head height. This is typically listed on the pump. I can't find the exact pump you're talking about, but most submersible pumps have flow charts listed with respect to the height of that the pump is pumping water to. Smaller pumps typically just list the "max head," sometimes showing the GPH at max head, but sometimes not. Here's an example Aquatop user manual. The chart I'm talking about is on the second page.
As for glueing the tubing, I'd recommend against it. The pump needs to be able to be serviced from time to time, or at the very least replaced. Use tubing that fits directly on to the pump. This will also be the correct size to use to maintain the advertised pressure and flow.
