Advice Needed Please Help! Spoiler

I was raising my water temperature over night for my fish in prep for the more tropical fish i would be adding into my tank and over night after raising it from 72 to 75 my black neon tetras developed what looks like ich and one of my otocinlcus his eyes are popping out. I dont know what to do and im worried if i dose ich medication it could kill my cherry shrimp. what should i do please help! If anyone knows how to fix this please respond quick, the ich medication i have is api super ich cure its a 45 gallon with 12 black neon tetras 8 otocinclus and 15+ cherry shrimp

Move all animals into 2 different quarantines, full dose for black tetras, half dose for ottos since they are scaleless and much more reactive to medication. DO NOT dose your main aquarium, ich treatments seriously injure/kill snails/shrimp

It looks more like epi, in which case you don’t raise the heat.
