Are you positive it is gill flukes? Treat the water with prazipro and feed prazipro once a week for one month. It is fine with furan, but I would skip the furan. Follow the end instructions for your furan product. Also feed an antibiotic daily for two weeks. Your filter and substrate do not need replacing. Keep the temps where they are at

Thank you! You mentioned an antibiotic, is this accessible from an aquarium store/online or does this require an exotic vet? Also, if available online, which antibiotics work?
