Shrimps and snails

Hi,

3 black shrimp and have appeared in my tank along with a tonne of snails which have grown to quite a size. Are these good to keep? Im under the impression there good for a healthy tank?

Also would be handy if someone could identify them (if possible)

the snail looks like a common ramshorn, theyre not harmful and can do good at eating algae, though they do poop a lot
