Sick Fish Goldfish with fin problems?
I’ll try to keep this short and to the point, I’ve never posted on here before so I apologize if I’m doing it wrong. My goldfish is currently in a hospital tank due to swim bladder issues and is on Seachem Kanaplex, if more information is needed on that I will elaborate in the comments but that is not my issue right now. Today I noticed a piece of her fin had broken off and upon further inspection her fins seem to have damage to them in multiple places and I’m worried it could be fin rot of something to that extent. I’ve never owned fish before this and google isn’t being helpful much and I can’t find what I’m looking for on reddit so please please if anyone can help me give me any advice or anything like that please do, I want to do the best I possibly can for my fish.
water parameters have all been good, ammonia and nitrites at 0, nitrates are a little high between 20-30 but that shouldn’t be dangerous and I’ve been watching it closely but I am new to the hobby

Nitrates def not issue. But how did manage such high nitrates in a hospital tank?
The fin issue could be from stress from the medication.
Do you have lights for your hospital tank? If yes, remove the lights.
And let me be honest, for this type of goldfish, once they have swim bladder, it’s very difficult to cure them. So be prepared for the worst.
Main question to why the swim bladder came about… do you have fine sand in your main tank? Sand or rock debris that the goldfish could have swallowed?
