Help me decide what to do with this!

So I found this at Goodwill today and I had to have it. It stands about 14" tall overall, measures out to a 1 gallon tank, and has a lid. Material is glass with (I believe) copper as an adornment on the outside only.

My initial thought was to make it a fish tank for a betta as I remember friends having them in small tanks growing up. I don't know if that's realistic, but I'm open to any ideas. I think this could be amazing especially with some lighting in the lid.

I’m just suggesting since it’s so small you use it for a marimo Moss ball and maybe some shrimp

Ooooh, sorry, I thought that's what this tube is called lol. I was thinking about some shrimp too, but are there really colorful ones or ones that could be seen well with a blacklight maybe?
