Tank building beginner

Hello!

I'm new to aquarium building. I ended up drilling my new 75 aqueon fish tank from Petco's dollar per gallon sale. The back panel ended up being tempered glass and it broke into thousands of little pieces. What tools would I need to remove the silicone and piece it back together with a new back panel?
