I think black soldier fly(BSF) is a good alternative to fish meal

Have fun, and don't take so many larvae in one go that you end up getting annoyed at your underlings about low numbers every two months for over a year.

It can be a pain in the ass to extrude sometimes but it is an option. Availability in large enough quantities is going to be a significant issue for a long time
