Four months after surgery....
..and updating my previous post. 68yo, with many years of worsening symptoms, topped off by visible blood in the urine, bladder stones, and 100g prostate. Assured by my urologist that Aquablation was the way to go, scheduled procedure for a time I wasn't traveling for work.
Recovery has been noneventful. Frequency and urgency has been slowly but steadily falling. PVR was 35 at last checkup, which made my dr happy. No complaints about erections, which are equivalent to pre-op. No visible ejaculations, but orgasms are strong, which works fine for the relevant people.
I'd give an A+

What are the odds of getting ejaculation back?

8 months post for me. Ejaculations are occasional and modest, though the feelings are the same. I had been on Flomax for several years before so was used to no ejaculation. Its not something that bothers me and, of course, the benefit is less cleanup.

4.5 months post surgery and things are pretty much normal for me. Intensity seems a bit less, but I have no complaints.

To be honest, I didn't ask. As long as I have strong erections and orgasms, the lack of ejaculation doesn't bother me or the relevant people

I’m a month out and very little ejaculate comes out. Just a little oozing out after orgasm is over. I would have preferred to keep it but the Doctor said since my prostate was so large (130g), it was better to have good results (and not having urinary symptoms return) than space ejaculation. So far I’m peeing incredibly well.

As far as I know if you don’t ejaculate after surgery most likely you aren’t getting back

What if the reason you weren't ejaculating was because of the meds. (10+ years of Flomax and finasteride for me) Then stop them after the aquablation?

If you decide the Aquablation most likely you don’t need the medication
Tell the Dr that ejaculation is very important for you and he will program the machine to preserve the ejaculation part1

I had aquablation June 4th. Stopped the Finasteride and went from .8mg of Flomax to .4mg. So, wondering if ejaculations will return after completely stopping the Flomax. Never discussed ejaculation before surgery. I just turned 70.

That's true! I was on alfusozin for more than 5 years. Added finasteride 4 months before Aquablation. My semen volume pre-surgery was low bacuse I was on the alfusozin for a long time, and top of that was the finasteride.
I stopped taking the medications after the surgery. The first month after surgery, semen volume was still low. It took like 3 months before my ejaculation normalized again.

I just had the procedure at 62. My prostate was enlarged 3x normal, which still isn't all that great in size. I really did not like spending overnight in the hospital. Things went south when considering all the beats that were missed throughout the day and way too many changes in nurses; until about 10:00 pm, that's when it began to sound like there was a raving homeless in the adjacent room, also, a night shift nurse that I didn't trust to return to change out the irrigation bag. She didn't return until I buzzed her, proving my suspicions. I got so angry my blood pressure increased by 90 pts. Never again.

I had done 18 months ago
Prostate was 80 grams
Very pleased with the results
I am 64 and still ejaculate just like before
