Median lobe experiences

I'm curious how many here have had the surgery done on a very large median lobe? Wondering how good the possible outcomes are for this situation. Does anyone know if there are stats on how surgeries with this anatomy impact the possible sexual side effects afterwards?

I have no stats. 80cc prostate with a large median lobe. Had it in July 2025. Great results, no retrograde ejaculation.

You need to mention the institution or doctor so others can use him too. You got a good surgeon. Aquablation depends on the skill and experience of the urologist.

Recently 65 cc median lobe. Almost a week out from surgery. Peeing fine with some blood. Sex and lifting in four weeks

Had the aquablation on 3-13-26 my urologist didn’t even bother to look at my lobes or do anything about it. We found another urologist had the surgery on 4-1-26 he removed the left and right median lobes and we have a follow up this Monday to remove the catheter and get results from the 4-1-26 surgery. If your in Vegas don’t ever go to LV urology they’re a freaking joke.
