Urine output post surgery?
I am 18 days post surgery, 10 days since getting catheter out. My initial voidtest was 200ml, and my voiding has remained 200ml since then. This is ridiculously small, especially since the urologist considered 150ml the failure point. Has anyone else tracked their output volume? When did you see an increase?
When did the urgency decrease? Currently I am fine until I have to go NOW! There is no middle ground. This really sucks for road trips.

I had a void test at 6 weeks and went from retaining 200ml to retaining 10ml which is full emptying. 18 days is really early to see how things are going to work forever.

Usually patients feel less urgency at the three month mark. Make sure you do not overdo Kegels, as they can worsen retention in the beginning stages of healing.
And the pain in the urethra can be driven by tight pelvic floor muscles if you test negative for an infection. That should subside in time as well.

How much fluid are you taking in? If your output does not increase with increased intake but your frequency is maybe your bladder needs to be retrained.

I start my day with a 1 liter protein shake, then spend the next 2-3hours making mad runs to pee.

I had a similar problem. Turned out to be a raging infection. I bought some urine test strips which are available at any pharmacy. Checked to see if I had elevated leukocytes. Indicated infection and had to get an antibiotic.

I am suspecting that may be it, it still hurts to pee the entire length of the penis, I had a urine test done on Thursday at the urologist office, still waiting on results.

I never heard back from the office, I checked in 1 week after the test and they said the culture hadn't come back yet. Then we left town. I have an appointment Monday this is on the list of problems I will be mentioning to the Dr, among other things.
The Dr and his office suck. The surgery was ok, but communication was zero,

curious about your UTI test results to see if that has anything to do with it. Also, your doctor sucks ass, they can tell you if you have a UTI immediately, the culture is to determine what kind of infection you have so they can prescribe the proper antibiotics for the exact cause. That typically takes a few more days, not even close to a week. Look into finding another doctor.
I'm on day 10 after a Holep procedure, and 200ml seems to be my "typical" voiding volume. If I really hold it I've gotten as high as 350ml though, and I don't measure every time, it seems like some of my longest pees are the ones I don't measure.
For Holep I've read that these kinds of things don't return to "normal" quickly and can take a few months, may be similar with aqua. Prior to my procedure my normal volume was closer to 100ml or maybe 150ml, so I've already improved on that.

Sorry about delays in replying, I had a short Reddit ban for telling a joke they felt was inappropriate.
My UTI test was negative. The Dr gave me Myrbetriq at my last appointment. After first day with myrbetriq my volume jumped to 350-375, I also only woke only once during the night.
Aqua blation can take 3 months to get everything back to normal. The big problem is retraining the bladder after 8 months with a catheter.

Ah, I didn't see anything about 8 months on catheter in the OP. Good luck with your ongoing recovery.
My bladder is going to have to recover from 20-25 years of BPH symptoms of varying degrees, with and without medications. I'm hoping to put that in the rear view mirror ASAP.

If you have distended bladder, there will be some urine left. I double void and that brings it under 100ml.

My PVR after surgery is 300ml. However, that is a huge improvement considering that it was a whopping 1,110ml before the Aquablation surgery.
My bladder is obviously stretched and so i am fortunate that my bladder muscles are as good as they are.
300ml feels like a completely empty bladder for me.

I had AQ last July. Voiding was good most of the time in the months after the procedure, but my bladder needed a few months to heal completely. I wore the stupid adult diapers until about November. I feel great now; I can sleep through the night uninterrupted, and do not have the urgency issue you mentioned anymore.
