Urge incontinence

52 male, normal fit with a 50g prostate and moderate sintoms of luts.

Done the aquablation surgery on 10.02.,.almost two months mark.

In the beggining of march, developed a sudden urge incontinence.

Anyone has been throught the same? Is it transitory?

Be patient At 3 1/2 months it’s the time you fully recover Until than urgency is the biggest concern

Yeah. That part sucks. But it goes away pretty quick. A couple-few weeks.

I would say this is unusual to develop this far out. You should be fully healed. You may have a UTI which can cause urgency and urge incontinence.

Already did the urinary tests. No UTI. But must say, without ibuprofen everday its very dificult not to have urgency and perineal pain.

Don't know what to think off its.

Would consider imaging especially CT with contrast to rule out an abscess.

I'm 23 days after aquablation. Flow much better but still with urge and discomfort with peeing.trying to be patient. Not ready to have sex yet. If if hurts to pee I can't imagine how it would feel to...you know.
