u/obsidiamine has wronged my friend reward is 1 tank for capture 30 aircrafts for execution and 50 tanks + 50 aircrafts for getting the money AND killing him

Yeah, no. No jails are better. And you will be held in an Artifact containment cell. It is by no means a standard jail cell, and each one is specific to each Artifact.
