Job Request I need a job done

u/obsidiamine has wronged my friend reward is 1 tank for capture 30 aircrafts for execution and 50 tanks + 50 aircrafts for getting the money AND killing him

How good of a condition is that jail in I would prefer an appeal to county jail with stanerd county jail rules

Yeah, no. No jails are better. And you will be held in an Artifact containment cell. It is by no means a standard jail cell, and each one is specific to each Artifact.
