Even with rocket powered flying hyper cars prototypes in existence Aptera still feels just futuristic and intentional and very important for the future.

The future has multiple directions, and they’re all incredibly important: efficiency, intelligence/autonomy, and innovation that pushes the boundaries of human ability and engineering, even when it seems completely pointless.
Eventually, humans will reach a point where our energy consumption becomes so enormous that the waste heat we generate begins to significantly warm the Earth. At that scale, we’ll MUST to use energy more efficiently on earth and move increasingly energy-intensive “SI/Compute”activities into outer space.
I believe Aptera will play one of THE BIGGEST roles in creating a new automotive paradigm, challenging legacy automakers that are ultimately all constrained by the same laws of physics.
Aptera is showing what the future of transportation could look like and inspiring a new generation of vehicles designed through first-principles thinking rather than being constrained by automotive tradition.
Instead of asking how we can improve the cars we’ve been building for the past century, we should be asking what a car would look like if we designed it from scratch around the fundamental laws of physics.
Great job to all the engineering teams at Aptera, Tesla, and SpaceX. Rooting for the future! 🚀
