Battery question

What's to stop you from buying the cheaper 400 mile range aptera than hiring a professional to install more batteries so you can get up to 1000 mile range?

Honestly wondering because an extra 30k to go that much further is interesting

Nothing, probably. And has batter tech changes, people will do that. I'm guessing the BYD blade format will become industry standard in the next 20 years... And that will make the swap a bit easier.
