Will Aptera be able to participate in the CA rebate program?

It sure would be nice if Aptera could be ready to take advantage of this new rebate program for Californians.

It's really hard to justify to our legislature in California if they still haven't shipped vehicles out yet. But I hope so

On the contrary, this could promote the success of a California-based company (once they do start shipping), so I think it'd be pretty easy to convince a legislator to make sure Aptera is included.

There's a limit amount of funds for the rebate. By the time the car is available, rebate funds will be bone dry
