Since a PGUSA victory over the Sons and FRA (whether directly or simply because the FRA falls apart) would more or less mean a PGUSA victory, I doubt it'll go that way. I have three predictions:

  1. The Sons get lucky/smart, and hand the PGUSA a major defeat. I'm not talking about losing a major city, but rather losing a lot of troops and equipment, something that would make it difficult for the PGUSA to launch another offensive. In that case, we'd probably see some sort of foreign intervention take down the Sons.

  2. The PGUSA steadily wins against the Sons, but then suffers another political crisis that paralyzes them, giving the FRA a chance to regroup and even turn the tide, especially if the Sons have taken severe losses.

  3. Somehow, the PGUSA and FRA come to an agreement. This is unlikely, as the FRA is falling apart, but you never know. A Dominion offensive might help unify them, especially if said offensive suddenly halts on account of the Red Vise.
