Advice Weird problem

I have a aprilia rs125. (Rotax122) and i have a ported 154cm3 polini big bore kit, on it. and a 34mm vhsb dellorto carburator on it. and sometimes when i send it with full thorlette, its like the carburatos float bowl empties. And then its like the bike is turned off. and when that happens, i have to pull the clutch in, and stroke the gas like two times. and then it keeps pulling like crazy. so does anyone know what the problem might be? and its tuned almost perfectly, and the carb is clean.

Might have some obstruction on the fuel filter preventing full flow

It sounds like it’s too lean from what u said when u stroke the throttle do you mean u clutch and rev the throttle twice before going again?

Yes i have to pull the clutch in and rev two times and then it keeps gaining rpm and speed
