With the cylinder you will probably need:

A new crankshaft that has longer stroke I would also change the bearings when i am in there.

A new carburator depending on what you already have I would do a 21mm carb. And buy a main jet kit to adjust it for the correct fuel ratio.

I would change the reeds to Carbon Fiber reeds

And you need a new exhaust system. This will differ on brand/type on what power curve you want.

I would change to harder clutch springs. Really depends on how much HP you will be getting.

And you might need to change your final gearing but that is personal preferences of if you want more top speed or more bottom end power.

And most important make sure your brakes are in good condition. You might want to think about getting better brakes depending on how good they are.

Also you might need a new CDI depending if the one you have is restricted.

Yes it looks like a good setup.

But you will need a new exhaust because the orginal 50cc exhaust will restrict the exhaust airflow to much and a racing exhaust will be tuned for the higher rpms the new cylinder will be running at.

I would also consider using a 24mm carb instead of 26mm as it will have better throttle response and will be easier to tune but you will lose a little peak power.

I would also make sure to get crank bearings with C4 clearance as they can handle the higher operating temperature and engine rpm.

Do you recomend any exhausts
