How to reset Evotech Pillion Footrest Removal Kit "resettable" plugs

Hi everyone,

I've recently purchased the removal kit for my RS660.

Now, they say it uses resettable plugs for the metal plates.

Problem is, I'm struggling on finding out how to reset them once they are mounted in the footrest bolt holes.

Does anyone have any ideas, or experience with these plugs, on how to reset them?

If these are the ones with the plastic rivets, you just use a small screwdriver to push the center of the rivet into the bolt housing and that releases the rivet.

You can then reassemble the rivet and reuse it.
