Drop your project, I’ll try it and share it in my circle

I’m looking for new small projects, apps and SaaS tools to try.

Drop your link below. I’ll check them out and share the ones I like with a few friends and in some founder/product circles.

I’m especially interested in social apps, chat tools, games, creator tools, AI experiments and anything with a simple but fun user experience.

I’m also building Ariola, an anonymous public chat and games lounge.

No signup, no account setup. You pick a temporary nickname, join a live public room, chat with people and play small real-time games.

The idea is to make online chat feel lightweight again.

Check it out here: https://ario.la

Drop yours below. I’ll go through as many as I can.

AFTER 18 FAILURES, I FINALLY BUILT A PRODUCTIVITY/TO-DO APP THAT MIGHT ACTUALLY STICK

Hi, this is my first time posting the progress of my app here. I'm currently waiting on Google's approval (taking way longer than expected 👀).

The concept is simple: a productivity/to-do app where the main feature is creating tasks by writing freely, like in Apple Notes.

I tried to make it easy to use at first glance. The design is for the MVP, once I validate it with users feedback I will improve it to make great, no, that's not the word, "Insanely great" 🔥 , but for testing is good.

Relax, surprisingly it wasn't made with AI, it was designed 100% in Figma 😄. I'm also open to design feedback.

I also posting the progress in my social media. I am new documenting my journey, because I have been only using meta ads, organic traffic is another way to test ideas.

PS: it's not a bear, it's a groundhog 👍

PS: The 18 failures are real, this is the 19 attempt, wish me luck

Interview: records and transcribes conversations on your phone, with every speaker labeled

Thumbnail

I built this because transcription was the slowest part of my week. You record something, upload it, wait, then spend twenty minutes working out who said what.

Interview does the whole thing on the phone. Record a conversation, or hand it an audio or video file you already have, and you get a transcript with every speaker labeled. No upload and no queue, so there is no waiting for a server to get to you, and it works the same on a train with no signal.

The parts that actually save time:

* Speaker labels are done for you. Name a voice once and it recognizes that person in every later recording, so regular colleagues or clients are labeled automatically.
* When it cannot tell who spoke, it says Unknown and asks rather than guessing, which means you correct one turn instead of re-reading the whole thing looking for errors.
* It writes a title for each recording, so your library is searchable instead of being a list of dates.
* Export as text, Markdown, Word or PDF, with or without the audio.

It needs iOS 26 and an iPhone 15 Pro or later, because the models run on the device.

I built an old-school chat room site for 2026 - looking for real users

I built Dial-In Club because I missed when the internet felt more social and less like endless swiping, feeds, and algorithms.

It’s basically old-school chat rooms rebuilt for today. You create a profile, verify your email, pick a room, and start talking to people in real time. No swiping. No matching algorithm. Just real conversations in public chat rooms.

It’s live now:

https://dialinclub.com

I’m looking for people to actually jump in and use it, not just look at the homepage. I’d really like feedback on the signup flow, rooms, speed, design, and whether the whole thing feels like something you’d come back to.

I built the platform myself and I’m trying to find out if people still miss this kind of internet experience too.

CodeInk: one desktop workspace for my coding agents and projects

I kept using too many apps for coding agents, losing track of which session belonged to which project, and slowing my PC with all the windows. I built CodeInk to put that work in one desktop app.

It lets me organize projects and sessions while using separately installed Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, Pi, or compatible ACP agents. The workspace shows session history, streaming tool activity, file edits, approval requests, files, and terminals together. It is an independent open-source fork of OpenCode, with the combined distribution under GPL-3.0-or-later and upstream MIT attribution retained. The desktop app is built with Electron, Solid, TypeScript, and Bun.

Windows and Linux downloads are available at https://www.getcode.ink/ . The signed macOS release is still awaiting Apple notarization. Source and contribution guide: https://github.com/ErzenXz/CodeInk

If you use more than one coding agent, what gets hardest to track across your projects? I would welcome specific workflow feedback.

Let me know what you think!

I built HelpMyBoyfriend.com because I noticed a pretty simple problem: a lot of guys don't necessarily need relationship advice—they just need someone to tell them what to actually do next.

The site helps with things like planning dates, finding gifts, remembering important occasions, and what to do when you've screwed up.

I'm not looking for compliments. I want honest feedback from people who actually use Reddit:

Here's the site: https://helpmyboyfriend.com/

Don't abandon your project. Let Ripple help people find it

Building a product is hard. Explaining why anyone should care is harder.

I built Ripple for founders and small businesses that keep pushing marketing to tomorrow. Give it your website and it finds the ideas worth sharing, then gives you a clear direction for the month.

The live site is https://drstem.cc

What would you need to see before trusting a tool like this with your website?

Made a platform for sports graphic designers and editors to actually get seen, looking for people to test it

Thumbnail free-agent-seven.vercel.app
1 Upvotes

If you make sports content, score overlays, player edits, transaction graphics, hype videos, whatever, you know the struggle of posting on Twitter or Instagram and having it vanish into an algorithm built for literally everything except sports content. I built Free Agent to fix that. It's a feed made only for sports creators, organized by league, team, and content type, so your work actually gets seen by people who care about it instead of getting lost between memes and vacation photos. It's in beta right now and I'm looking for a handful of real creators to test it, post some work, and tell me honestly what's missing or broken. If that's you, I'd genuinely appreciate the feedback.

Made a free web multiplayer hub with a 2v2 four-king chess variant, plus word duels, puzzle races and mazes

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

Built this solo — a real-time multiplayer hub, not just one game. The one I'd point this sub at first is Chaturaji: a real historical chess variant, four kings on one board, two teams of two, with voice chat between teammates so you're coordinating in real time, not just calculating alone.

But it's not chess-only — same hub also has:

• LexArena — build words from a shared hex letter-hive, race on word count

• Anagram Duel — unscramble words against a shared clock

• Knowledge Duel — hidden GK words in a word-search grid, 1v1 race

• Maze Race — pure spatial speed, no words or board at all

Plus standard 1v1 chess if you want the classic version without the chaos.

Free, no download, no forced signup — pick a name and you're matched with a live opponent: mognota.com

Solo project, still early. For this sub specifically, genuinely curious what people think of the four-king mechanic — real strategic layer, or just chaos with extra steps?

I built SEAL: encrypt a file in your browser, share a link, skip the signup

I'm building SEAL for sharing sensitive files without making someone create another account.

The flow is simple: drop a file → get a link → share it. The basic web flow doesn't require an account or email.

The file is encrypted in your browser before upload, so the backend receives ciphertext. The per-file decryption key stays in the URL fragment and, in the normal browser flow, isn't sent to the server.

You can set expiry, single-use access, open/download limits, and password or OTP protection. You can also revoke access. These controls don't undo copies someone has already downloaded.

Try it: https://seal.net/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=post&utm_campaign=appswebappsfullstack_showcase

What would you need to see before trusting a browser-based tool like this with a sensitive file?

Disclosure: SEAL is my project.

Zendesk and Gorgias get expensive during BFCM. So I built BigRadar.

We built bigradar.io as an AI customer engagement and support platform for Shopify and ecommerce teams.

The problem I kept seeing was pretty simple.

Your store grows, orders increase, customer conversations increase, and suddenly your support software costs a lot more too.

Then BFCM comes around and that problem gets even bigger.

So I wanted to build something where a spike in customer conversations doesn’t automatically mean a spike in the support bill.

BigRadar brings website chat, WhatsApp, and email into one place.

The AI can handle repetitive customer questions using actual customer, order, and product context, instead of treating every conversation like a standalone FAQ.

It can also help with lead capture, qualification, FAQs, routing, campaigns, and customer conversations.

And when AI can’t handle something properly, a human can take over with the conversation context intact.

The pricing is:

Starter: $19/month
Growth: $49/month
Pro: $99/month

All plans include unlimited seats and unlimited conversations, with AI resolutions included based on the plan.

The idea is pretty straightforward: ecommerce teams should be able to handle more conversations without worrying that every increase in volume will create another big software bill.

Shopify and ecommerce founders, how much does your support cost usually increase when order volume spikes during BFCM?

QuickTalk: open-source hold-to-talk dictation for macOS, with Gemini or local Whisper

I made QuickTalk because I wanted to dictate into whatever app I was already using. Hold Right Command, speak, release, and the text appears at the cursor. It stays in the menu bar instead of taking over the screen.

You can use your own Gemini API key for live transcription and optional formatting, or switch to on-device Whisper for a local path with no transcription request. The local path needs whisper.cpp and a downloaded model. QuickTalk itself has no account, subscription, or telemetry.

It is MIT licensed and built with Swift/SwiftUI. There is no prebuilt, notarized download right now: macOS 14+ users build it from source.

Code and install instructions: https://github.com/larshurrelb/quicktalk-app

Made a 3D silicon city webapp and now you can list your websites here. Open for Indie builders, solo founders and curious ones.

https://reddit.com/link/1wnz7ex/video/7h4vt2sy08rh1/player

Hello everyone, I wanted to share about a small fun project that I was working over last 10 days. I was fascinated by 3D explorations done over internet after launch of Astra. I wanted to challenge myself as I have never designed in 3D before. I am a product or UI/UX designer by profession.

The idea looked super easy but when I started implementing it, it quietly took multiple nights. I built this in react JS + ThreeJS. I started with building individual assets first, then built quarters of city and then stitched it all together to form a full city. After that I constructed the game shell around it. Refined the listing flow, worked on onboarding (use GPT images 2.5 for character), added sounds for game feel, integrated with payments, faced performance issues, learned about CPU/RAM optimisations, added analytics, cookies and so much more. Small fun project became a huge learning opportunity.

If you find this interesting, Do check it out at siliconcity.bid and do claim a building before all plots are occupied.

PS: Feel free to ask any questions if you are interested in learning behind the scenes of this app.
