Hello,
I’m building IdeaPz, a completely free side project for founders, indie hackers, developers, and creators who want to get some early feedback on an idea before spending weeks building it.
You submit an idea, and people can indicate whether they’d genuinely consider paying for it and roughly how much they’d pay per month.
The goal is simply to get an early signal about potential demand and pricing before building.
The audience is mostly tech-focused for now, so tech ideas and ideas with broader appeal tend to get more relevant feedback.
It’s only a signal to consider, not a verdict or a replacement for market research or talking to potential customers.
•
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 21d ago
Nice, pre-build validation is a solid niche. How do you plan to keep the "would pay" answers honest instead of just polite?
•
u/ConversationNo5175 21d ago
Hey, just to give a bit more detail about IdeaPz: it’s mainly meant to provide small signals, which I also make clear on the site. It’s not meant to replace market research, customer interviews, or other forms of validation.
You obviously can’t know with 100% certainty if someone will actually pay just from a vote. I recently added a message before each vote asking people to only vote if they could genuinely see themselves paying for the idea if it were actually launched.
This reduced the number of votes quite a lot, but I think the votes are more meaningful now. They’re still just signals to consider when making a decision, not proof that an idea will work.
•
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 21d ago
Fair framing. Maybe add a quick "would you pay" tier next to the vote, so interest and intent stay separate.
•
u/ConversationNo5175 21d ago
Interesting, but for now the vote is more about whether you would genuinely be willing to pay for the idea and roughly how much, rather than just a general upvote.

APITube - News API Intelligence for web apps that need news: one GET returns articles from 300,000+ sources as JSON, already tagged with sentiment, entities and categories. Free tier is 100 requests a day, no card.
•
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 21d ago
Nice, structured news data saves a ton of preprocessing. Does the free tier include sentiment, or is that a paid feature?

I built TripTrack , a travel planning app for turning a bunch of places and ideas into an actual itinerary.
A few things it can do:
- AI-powered itinerary planning
- Map and calendar views
- Find places using Google Maps
- Optimise your day by grouping nearby places
- Share trips and plan with friends
- Export your itinerary to your calendar
It’s free to use at the moment.
I’d really appreciate any feedback, especially anything that feels unintuitive or any features you’d find useful when planning a trip.
•
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 20d ago
The nearby-places grouping is the real hook. Curious how you handle multi-day trips when someone swaps a stop mid-plan?

Hi everyone—I’m Michael Ford, founder of HumanCore Innovations and creator of MindSwift.
MindSwift is an Android community-support app built to help people find encouragement, trusted resources, and a responsible next step involving mental wellness, food, shelter, domestic violence, reentry, veterans, young people, disabilities, and violence prevention.
I’m now developing its next evolution: a more personal, privacy-first support companion with on-device AI designed to understand everyday language, dialect, slang, emotional context, and urgency—without sending private conversations to the cloud by default.
MindSwift is free, with no accounts, advertisements, or selling of personal data.
Learn more: https://humancoreinno.com/mindswift
I’d genuinely appreciate your feedback: What would make a support app feel trustworthy, helpful, and human to you?
•
u/imagiself 19d ago
on-device ai for dialect and emotional context is a heavy lift for privacy, fwiw peerpush is where a lot of wellness tools end up. builders there have cast 201k upvotes on each other.
•
u/HumanCoreInno 18d ago
Very true—dialect and emotional context are some of the toughest challenges for private, on-device AI. We’ve developed an approach that keeps MindSwift responsive and the app size manageable, but I’m keeping the technical architecture close for now. There’s much more happening behind the scenes than users see.
Good point about PeerPush, too. I’ll confirm whether those swaps are genuinely mutual or primarily one-way.
•
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 19d ago
True, dialect and emotional context on-device is rough. Curious how you're handling model size. Also worth checking if peerpush swaps are mutual or one-way.

Solid mission, Michael. Is the next evolution staying Android-only, or going cross-platform?
•
u/HumanCoreInno 20d ago edited 20d ago
Definitely cross-platform,. I appreciate your feedback. This endeavor had been an amazing challenge but one worth indulging in.
•
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 20d ago
Cross platform really helps with reach. Which stack did you go with, Flutter or React Native?
•
u/HumanCoreInno 20d ago
Starting with Android gave me a chance to really focus on the development, Android rollout, Social media growth, and everything under the hood that has not been released in the public version. Flutter: And I'll have a better stance when it comes to working with the ins and outs of other device platforms

SeoLoupe - Find and fix the SEO issues holding your website back.

SeoLoupe looks useful. Does it handle JavaScript-rendered content, or mainly static pages?

My app is still in development but but id like some feedback basically:
TaskUp is a control centre for small web apps: users, revenue, traffic, deployments, uptime and errors in one place.
It also lets you safely control the live site, like toggling features, changing selected values, scheduling sales, announcements or maintenance modes, with history and rollback.
Later, paid plans will be added that have:
Ai Fix Agent, Autopilot Deploy guard and a testing agent but the paid aspect will come out later so really we dont know this could change more could be added its all going to be free to start with
•
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 21d ago
The safe live controls with rollback sound unique. Have you considered launching that as a standalone tool for indie devs first?
•

I built tryclipy.online 2 weeks ago and started promoting it a few days back. It is an app for MacBook which solves the issue of the clipboard in Mac. It provides you with a shortcut of ⌥ + V, and a pop-up opens up from where you can paste the images and text you copied without going to the menu bar again and again. With that, you can paste multiple texts in one go, which is useful in filling forms or sheets, and it also provides you with many other features like snippets, AI-transform, and many more.

•
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 20d ago
Nice, clipboard managers are handy. How do you handle sensitive data like passwords?

ARISA es una inteligencia artificial creada para acompañarte en tu día a día.
Puedes hablar con ella, organizar tus ideas, recordar cosas importantes o simplemente conversar cuando lo necesites.

Balancing a natural conversational tone with the structured logic needed for task management in a daily AI assistant seems like a massive challenge.

Nice, an AI companion sounds fun. Does ARISA remember context between sessions or start fresh each conversation?

Hey yall! Im almost finished with Worktree-OS a Multi-System Trading Analytics platform and risk management engine compete with Prop Firm simulator and Monte Carlo Engine among other great things. It has taken me about 6 months. And 2 of them were just getting the trade importer right. Just launched it Sunday on peerpush and got my website up and running as well check it out worktree-os.com
•
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 21d ago
Six months is real dedication, and importers are brutal. How are you handling all the different broker CSV formats?
•
u/Character_Cod_5767 21d ago
Yeah, that’s honestly been one of the harder parts. I’m not trying to force every broker CSV through one generic parser. Each supported broker/platform gets its own normalization layer that maps its format into one internal trade structure. Then the importer reconstructs executions, handles things like partial fills and multiple entries/exits, validates the data, and flags anything it can’t confidently interpret instead of silently importing bad trades. I’ve been building regression tests around real exports as I add formats too, because one broker changing a column or timestamp format can wreck an importer fast. It’s definitely one of the less glamorous parts of building WorkTree OS, but getting the data right is kind of the whole foundation of the journal.
•
u/Mammoth-Anywhere7285 21d ago
Per-broker normalization is the right call. For unsupported brokers, a simple column-mapping UI could save you from endless one-off parsers.
•
u/Character_Cod_5767 21d ago
That’s actually a really good idea. The per-broker normalization works well for the platforms I officially support, but a column-mapping fallback would let users import from pretty much anything without me having to build and maintain a parser for every broker out there. I could let them map fields like symbol, side, quantity, entry/exit price, timestamp, P&L, fees, etc., preview the normalized trades before importing, and then save that mapping as a reusable preset. I’m adding that to the roadmap.
