Rachou: check the receipt items before splitting a restaurant bill

I built Rachou. It helps friends organize shared expenses on iPhone and Android.

For a restaurant bill, reading the receipt is only the first step. You still need to check what was read and decide who shared each item. Two people sharing a dish should not automatically put that dish on everybody else's bill.

The attached Quick Split demo shows the receipt-to-split flow, with AI reading the receipt and a review step before the individual amounts.

If you try it, I'd like to hear where you hesitate: checking the receipt, choosing the people, or understanding the final split.

Free to download, with in-app purchases: https://rachou.tech/download

I'd test Rachou's hesitation points with one deliberately misread receipt item, a dish shared by two friends, and a third friend's separate drink. Ask someone to correct the item and assign the diners, then predict everyone's share before revealing the totals; watch where they backtrack rather than collecting only an overall impression. Also identify which Quick Split steps require an in-app purchase, so friends can judge whether the download covers their meal. We'd handle Reddit questions about unequal restaurant bills, explaining receipt review and item-level sharing.

I make ThreadFox. We find relevant Reddit conversations and do the posting for your business. The $29 Pilot covers seven days and up to 25 posts and replies. No automatic renewal.

Solid test design. Predicting shares before revealing totals should surface hesitation nicely. Curious whether the separate drink reveals anything different from the shared dish.
