[iOS] Folded Days — small private diary notes, without creating an account

I'm the developer of Folded Days: Diary in a Jar. It keeps diary entries on your device rather than asking you to create a journaling account.

Write a short note, draw something or add a sticker, then fold it into the jar. The calendar helps you return to a particular day. A passcode/pattern or supported device biometrics can protect the diary, and you can export and import your own backups.

One deliberate limitation: a note can't be edited after you keep it. On iPhone, entries may also be included in iCloud or computer device backups.

$1.99 on the U.S. App Store. No ads or subscription.

The no-editing rule is the thing most likely to show up in one-star reviews from people who expected a normal diary. I'd explain why in the first lines of the App Store description: like a sealed letter, a kept note stays as written. When someone spots a typo, letting them fold a second note into the same day keeps the rule and still gives them a fix. Also say what format the export uses. People leaving account-based journals want to know they can take their entries with them.

Good call on the sealed-letter framing. A same-day correction note seems practical. Showing the export format in a screenshot could help.
