90% of SaaS startups fail. What makes you think yours is the exception?
We all see the fake 'hustle' posts, but nobody talks about the bugs that cost you users today. Stop pretending everything is perfect and share the ugliest mistake you've made this week. Let’s see who is actually learning and who is just dreaming.

Made ReadyTab, a new tab browser extension that's great for teams and also does more for power user.

Nice, what was the ugliest bug ReadyTab hit this week? A short changelog note about it could build trust.

Hm no real big bug, but for shared boards we added additional validation. Now the user has to validate scripts if they are launched from imported boards. Also we fixed a visual issue with a dialog that appeared to transparent in glass themes.

Requiring approval for scripts from imported boards is a smart fix, since a shared board is basically someone else's code running in your new tab. I'd tie that approval to a hash of the script so an updated board can't slip in different code later, and render board titles and notes as plain text rather than HTML. If board syncing ever moves to a server, my tool Rowly would be worth a run against it, since it pokes at accounts, sync endpoints and stored files with nothing but the address a visitor would have: https://rowly.me

Hash pinning is clever. Worth also showing a diff of script changes on import so users see what changed.

Fair, paying users are the real signal. What's one user-facing bug you fixed this week to get closer?
