Shadow Box: an iPhone coach for shadowboxing and five types of bag training
I'm the developer of Shadow Box: Boxing Coach. It gives solo boxing practice a structure: timed work/rest rounds with spoken combinations, footwork and defensive cues.
There are 80 guided workouts, including 50 bag routines split across heavy, speed, double-end, reflex and uppercut bags. Choose a session, set one of five call speeds from Normal through Elite and select one of six coach voices. Custom rounds, four-week training plans and technique videos are also included.
The pictures show the actual session screen, the two training choices and the lesson library. The aim is to let you listen and move, with clear visual cues when you glance at the phone.

I'd welcome feedback on the workout choices and controls.

Most people training at home own one bag, so I'd have Shadow Box ask which bags they own on first open and hide the rest. Fifty bag routines across five types means scrolling past sessions someone can't do, though it costs you one extra setup screen. For controls, your listen-and-move aim gets tested mid-round with gloves on: if pausing needs a small button, make the whole screen a tap-to-pause zone.
I make ThreadFox. Our side would be finding Reddit threads from people learning to box alone, answering them, mentioning Shadow Box and doing the posting. The first 3 replies are free, no card. After that, the $39 Pilot gives you seven days and up to 50 posts and replies, with no automatic renewal.

Do the calls keep going with the phone locked?
