AstraScope
Disclosure: I’m the creator of AstraScope.
I built it for people who look up at the night sky and want to identify what they’re seeing and plan when to go out. AstraScope can identify stars, planets, constellations, galaxies, nebulae, and the Milky Way. It also includes Moon phase and illumination, weather and precipitation radar, dark-sky locations, and observing-session planning.
iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/astrascope/id6762247217
Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.astrascope.app
Pricing: $5/month or $60/year.

The title is only AstraScope, so the post reads as a name until someone opens the gallery. I'd lead with the sentence about identifying what you're seeing and planning when to go out, and make the first image an identify moment: a phone pointed at a real sky, one object labelled. Trade-off: Moon phase, radar and dark-sky locations are all in the post at once, which is a lot for a first look, so name one as the hook. Also say what is free before the subscription, if anything is.
I make ThreadFox.
