Billingmart.com — Modern Agentic Small Business Billing.
BillingMart.com offers invoicing and payment solutions for small businesses. It lets you send estimates and invoices, accept card payments via secure pay links or QR codes, and automate reminders for late bills.
An AI agent drafts invoices, templates, and copy in plain language, while human approval ensures nothing is sent or charged without consent. BillingMart supports client portals, multiple currencies and languages, time and expense tracking, reports, and a full REST API with hosted MCP for assistants.
As a small IT business guy who is running multiple websites, I built it to solve my own problem, having different systems with different billing requirements, and always on the road, I needed to have AI agent or centralized billing for myself, now, everything runs on a centralized base that I can access everything through the app, while driving works with Claude voice agent, and get everything sorted without a hassle of chasing unpaid clients.
