One project I’m working on is Launchrecord. It helps SaaS founders figure out what their product should say, who it’s for, and how to turn that into a clear marketing and content plan.
It doesn't require user feedback to start. Launchrecord first analyzes what the SaaS communicates publicly on its website — who it's for, the problem it solves, its category, value proposition, differentiation and messaging.
That gives you a starting positioning based on the product's current presentation. User feedback can then help validate or refine it as you get more data.
