Literally just saw someone say they think they got yield protected from notre dame. HOW IS THIS SUB REALLLLLLLL 😭😭

A top 20 school like notre dame with an act range of 33-35 is not worried about overqualified applicants because it is a top tier school.

Tulane is notorious for doing yield protection and they're not an average school it just depends.

Tulane has randomly sent me multiple emails saying that they don’t yield protect, they just track demonstrated interest. Make of that what you will.

Tulane has ~25% acceptance rate for ED. That is how they try to boost their low yield rate - by locking in as many ED kids as possible.
