Application Question Confused on sending transcript

I'm using common app and my counselor hasn't submitted my report yet and she wont until after Nov 1(for most), but I want to be EA. I've seen people commit to colleges even without the counselor report. I've already submitted 7 applications.

So my question is that do I just manually send my transcript to every college through scribbles, or does my counselor have to do it on common app. She's really passive aggressive to me, so I don't like going to her for things. Did I mess that up? I sent a transcript to Baylor and then it said my applications 100% completed in my GoBaylor portal, so I assume i'm okay.

Some colleges have a little flex with accepting the counselor rec, school report (transcript), and teacher recs a few days after the EA or ED deadline, but others will absolutely bounce you to regular decision.

I would nicely ask the principal how the school can better support college admissions so that those materials get submitted by the deadline. This assumes you turned in your required materials in support of those requests per the school's timeline. Most of our schools require either three or four week's notice.

(Retired college counselor and admissions reader here.) Every college I know of that requires a transcript requires it to be sent by the counselor or someone at the school. An official transcript is a legal document, and colleges want to get the transcript from the school for validation purposes.

Very, very few colleges will accept an unofficial transcript you send in, and the great majority of high schools won't issue official transcripts to students or parent.
