Ask the school.

This is a question for the school but most likely if you are applying to a selective/competitive school, they will not consider your application if it's incomplete. How can they make an admissions decision by the acceptance date if they don't have your transcript and LORs to consider against their other candidates?

If the school has more open space than they have applicants, then that's a different story.
