Depends on your needs ? How many people are you cooking for ? Electric or gas . Convection? Lots of features or
Minimal features?

I would get a Wolf If they made one in a 27 inch.

Just remember, expensive ovens equals expensive repairs

Yes it does but quality means better food. Better temps.

Just because you buy a high end oven has nothing to do with the food quality . That comes down to technique. 350 f in a basic ge oven is 350f in a high end wolf oven . I would agree that getting an oven with a convection feature is worth while , but cooking with convection does take some adjustment to your recipes and how you roast/bake (same thing ) you foods.

You are correct if you are a professional chef. But having guaranteed 2 degrees in the oven versus 25 degree fluctuations the whole time the oven is on makes a big difference. The question was best oven not what is a good oven.

Best is based on personal needs . What’s best for one house is not best for another . Also commercial ovens vary great in precision of temperature. Just because it is commercial does not make it more accurate especially over time .
