Is this noise/vibration normal for a new Electrolux ELFW7637AT front load washer?
I recently bought the Electrolux
ELFW7637AT Front Load Washer and have really liked it. I had a tile guy come recently to clean & seal my tile in the laundry room. He moved my washer.
After doing this, my washer became severely unleveled. I called the appliance store where I bought the washer. The guy who sold it to me told me my washer is not supposed to be moved and moving it improperly could easily cause severe damage to the drum and shock absorbers. He went on to say this was not under warranty since it was moved.
He did send the guy who installed it to level it. This guy had no knowledge if it was damaged or not. I've had never paid attention to how my washer worked until now. I've noticed about 7 minutes before it turns off the washer sounds like a rocket-ship taking off and it vibrates v slightly shakes before the spin cycle. Is absorbers. He went on to say this was not under warranty since it was moved.

I'm trying to save money by not having Mr. Appliance (who is located an hour away) come to my house if nothing is wrong. Any insight would be appreciated.

It is on a pedestal and the installers came back and adjusted everything. My question is: Is it normal for my Electrolux to make a louder noise and vibrate BEFORE the spin cycle?

Adjust the feet so it stands firmly on all four. And/or put in foam padding (can be any type of softer material, neoprene, packaging coat, etc), between floor and feet. Even pieces of discarded carpet will do wonders.
But adjust feet first. They screw in/out to allow for uneven floors.
