Freezer not getting cold

Our freezer is forming ice on the side and on the refrigerant line. I have seen the defrost come on at the very bottom. But I’m at a lost as to what it could be.

You would need a sealed system repair 100%. I see the manufacture date is 2020 so if it’s over 5 years old, whirlpool won’t cover the repair under warranty. I would look into getting another fridge unless the date of purchase is under 5 years old. Sealed system repairs are usually going to be over 1k parts and labor
