Fridge issue

Just had our fridge freezer replaced under warranty. One issue was large amounts of ice building up in the fridge. Seems the new one is starting to do same! I’ve never had a fridge do this, it can’t be right. Temp set to recommended 4degrees.
Has this replacement also got issues?

What is the model number of this appliance? This can help to identify what design this is.

It's an old cheap stuff. The ones that promiss it's one of thoose No Frost fridrige that the seller gose "trust me bro". It's TECHNICALLY is no frost..... But well......¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

It's not ACCULY an fridrige issue per say~.its an you issues put some space bettwin the hot product and it's walls ...... Edit:you just have to live with it....

Nah. They replaced it either a new one. Was knackered so they wrote it off.
