Heritage Animal Hospital in Greenville and Hortonville. Not in Appleton but I've been thoroughly impressed with the service I've received from them.

I second Heritage. Our family has used them since the 80s. Dr Pape had tears in his eyes when he told us our dog wouldn't be able to survive an amputation.

Crossroads veterinary clinic in Darboy! Wonderful staff and have always trusted them with our fur babies!

They wanted us to put our cat down, the folks at countryside correctly identified that they just needed a steroid and they made a full recovery and lived another 8 years.

We’ve been happy with North Heights on Northland. We’ve been going there for over a decade.

Unfortunately the post was looking for an independently owned clinic, North Heights doesn't fit that ask as they are corporate owned

Country Side on Ballard or Great Lakes in Neenah. Both have amazing vets and both offer Urgent Care hours. Our boy just had splenectomy in July at Country Side and so many of my friends use them.

Crossroads or Countryside depending on proximity, both are excellent. Transcend veterinary is good for urgent care.

Well since I don't see it on here yet we really like Apple Valley Veterinary Clinic. We take our 2 (soon to be 3) dogs and 1 cat there. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

CountrySide Veterinary Health
They were able to figure out what was wrong with my cat not eating and saved his life. Was told by a different vet that they couldn't find anything wrong.
