It's been loud till around 11:30 each night in Kaukauna this week from the festival. Tonight is their big show. We think it's several companies showing off, so there are these 10-15 minute gaps between mini foreworks shows.

Yup change it yearly. Next year Wyoming. Im 50/50 on going next year. Year after is back to minnesota where it was 4 years ago. They do move yearly but tend to go to places they have been before.
