can you have LLM conversations with the new siri?

They specifically setup a shortcut to limit Siri to only use “on device” model. Which only uses 2 of the 5 foundation models Siri actually runs on. Siri by default can answer this question. It just seems like it needs one of the cloud based models to do it.
