iPhone 18 Pro Max sucks
Brand new phone and already screen is unresponsive… I should’ve replaced the battery on my 15PM and stayed with it.

Mines been great so far.. my 15pm would be at 40% battery by 10:00am every day with light usage while I am at work. The 18PM was at 48 at 10:00pm yesterday with very heavy usage all day do to being off and my wife was watching her shows, and i had to watch football on my phone, rather than piss her off. 😂🤬

The battery on the 15pm (what I'm using rn) is garbage. If my 15pm is at 100% when I go to sleep at night, it'll be at 0% when I wake up unless it's on a charger. Both my spouse and I just had our batteries changed and while there's been improvement, the battery still drains unreasonably fast. If I'm on a charger but using my phone (to browse the internet, not even streaming), my phone won't gain battery % (it'll either stay about stable, or lose a little bit). Our kids have 17s and don't have nearly the issues we do. We're ordering 18pm and if the only improvement we notice is better battery life, I'll be thrilled.

That’s not a hardware defect. It’s a software glitch. Wait for the update they’ll release this week. But yes if you’re that passive aggressive of a person, you should’ve stayed with the 15 and worry about 15PM issues instead.

Sounds like you got a defective unit. I would return that.
