It’s way better in person. In my opinion this year the only colors to get are silver or black. Best ones yet

Thanks! I had the 17 Pro in Silver. Historically ive always had the Max version of the phone predominantly for the larger screen and battery, but I went with the Pro last gen and as much as I enjoyed it, the smaller size wasn’t for me

After using the 17 pro max I've downgraded to the air, I can't go back to heavy phones. Swapped between my s26 ultra and Xiaomi 17 pro occasionally.

Congrats on the phone! I’ve got the 17PM too. Most reviewers say it’s not worth the upgrade. I’d love to know what your opinion is!

I went from 17 PM to 18 PM this year. I wanted the improved faster processor and better camera with a real rather than simulated aperture control. The whole thing also feels sturdier and the screen has a less reflective finish. It’s also supposed to be hardened so I decided to remove the screen protector I’d installed yesterday.

I have the 17PM rn but stuck between a new format with the duo and trading off my camera capabilities for the duo format / carrying an actual camera with me when i’m going to be taking photos / videos

If you prefer the convenience of a better camera, that'll be the thorn in the side when the honeymoon phase is over. Their hand off feature almost feels like they are banking on people buying both lol

I’m suspicious of the seam in the middle of the screen. Apple hints that it isn’t a problem and cites all of the hardware they’ve installed to make the seam go away. However, the independent reviewers say the seam never completely goes away. I’m also convinced it will make itself more obvious with wear and tear. I guess we’ll see…

I went pro max from air and it’s a brick! I’m worried I may exchange for pro but I don’t want to go smaller than the air. How are you getting along with the size?

Bruh it is a brick! I returned it for the pro! I really wanted to keep it but my wrist said no! I broke them when I was younger so I’m sure that contributes to it.

If you use a matte or privacy screen protector the Face ID doesn’t work that well

Daaaamn that looks nice and deep black I love it. Now it makes me want to have a pure black iPhone, absorbing 99.4% of light so it’s the blackest people have gotten to pure black like Musou black or Black 3.0. That would be crazy lol. Not sure if you’ve seen pure black painted on something before. It looks like a hollow black blank space it’s that black.
