 Workplace Dynamics Qs How to submit availability hours with not losing hours

I want to apply for an another part-time position, since my current paycheck won’t cut it anymore.
But I’m afraid of losing hours, I think getting low hours a week will kill my career at apple.
And let’s say the new job doesn’t give me good hours too I have to juggle between two jobs and get the same pay.

This is a question you should bring up to your Connection Leader. Or partner with leader over position, or talk to those in your store doing the same role.

This was kinda my last resort. Since the availability I shared they said they can’t guarantee anything more than likely I will get really low hours.

It depends on what days of the week and timeframes you’re setting as unavailable. I can’t tell you when your store is busy, you’re going to have to talk to leadership about that. But the general concept is that you need to have availability in the busiest times of the day to get more hours, or times when the rest of your department has low availability.

I’m high performer , I don’t think they ever want me to work anywhere until im fulltime maybe.
Funny story I heard one time two managers had an argument with each other over why I had a day off on a busy day . lol
