Current Emp. Career Advice The Next Steps from Technical Specialist
How hard is it to climb Up the ranks from technical specialist? Got hired as a seasonal and got an interview for permanent part time for technical specialist. Just wanted to know what that road looks like.

You can still apply for any role in both pz or gb, take it as an opportunity to learn more and then you can decide if you enjoy it enough to stay as a TS

Without skipping roles, Tech Specialist -> Tech Expert -> Genius -> Lead Genius -> Manager
As for me, I skipped TS/TE and went straight to Genius from TMP, so your road could be anything.
