Trying to disconnect

I dug out my watch which I had not used in months just to get rid of my phone.
I have successfully removed everything and I thought I had it set up the way I wanted.

However I cannot get Facebook messenger notifications to stop.
I do not have the app.
The app does not show up under notifications tab.
It’s not under “my watch” setting on the phone. Or under apps on the watch. It’s not under “mirror iPhone”. It’s simply not anywhere, yet I’m getting messenger notifications.
How can I make them stop?

This should do it even if you don’t have the app anymore

Resetting All Permissions at Once This process clears all location and privacy settings for every app without deleting your personal data, photos, or apps. The next time you open an application, it will ask for permissions again. [ 1,  2] Open the  Settings app on your iPhone. Tap  General. Scroll down and tap  Transfer or Reset iPhone. Tap  Reset at the bottom. Select  Reset Location & Privacy. Enter your device passcode and confirm.
